Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in professional services billing.
• Strong understanding of ERP/billing systems and financial reporting.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; adaptable to a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the project financial lifecycle from contract review to invoicing and closeout.
• Set up and manage project terms in the ERP system; monitor WIP and financial performance.
• Prepare, submit, and support accurate project invoicing and assist with AR as needed.
• Partner with Project Managers, Accounting, and Leadership to ensure financial health and fee alignment.
• Prepare monthly reporting, financial analysis, and ad hoc insights for leadership decisions.
• Lead or support meetings focused on project financial and operational status.
