You will work with Project Managers, Accounting, and Leadership to ensure financial health, prepare monthly reports, and support decision‑making in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment. This salaried role offers a base range of $60,000–$75,000 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in professional services billing.
• Strong understanding of ERP/billing systems and financial reporting.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the operational and financial lifecycle of projects, from contract review through invoicing and closeout.
• Set up and manage project terms in the ERP system; monitor WIP and project financial performance.
• Prepare, submit, and support accurate project invoicing and assist with AR as needed.
• Partner with Project Managers, Accounting, and Leadership to ensure financial health and fee alignment.
• Prepare monthly reporting, financial analysis, and ad hoc insights to support leadership decision‑making.
• Lead or support meetings focused on project financial and operational status.
