Job summary

Kiewit is seeking a Billing Analyst in Omaha, NE to join the Accounts Receivable and Billings team. You will deliver accurate billing support for district-specific needs, create billing solutions, and partner with AR and Intercompany groups to ensure smooth financial operations.

As part of a cross-functional shared service, you will analyze data, generate reports, and drive process improvements while maintaining exceptional service for internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Complete analyst-level billings tickets supporting automated billing setups and maintaining billing profiles.
• Support specific district needs by seeing billings through the monthly process as well as determining streamlined solutions.
• Review workloads and assist billing coordinators as backup when needed.
• Deliver excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders while supporting business-critical needs.
• Perform data analysis and reporting to support operational and management decisions.
• Collaborate across teams to promote process enhancements and best practices.
• Make timely, well-reasoned decisions while considering risk, alternatives, and long-term objectives.
• Maintain reliable and consistent attendance and perform other duties as assigned.
