Job summary

Clearbrook is seeking an Account Analyst to join our Omaha, NE team, with an option for Albany. The role reports to the Billing Services & Collections Director and focuses on supporting billing, collections, reconciliation, and customer service to ensure timely AR management.

The position is 100% in-office with overtime as required. Responsibilities include resolving billing discrepancies, maintaining aging, and collaborating with agents, underwriting, claims, and offshore support teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum six years of Accounts Receivable, billing, collections, accounting, or related financial operations experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and financial/accounting systems.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist offshore team with process and review of Accounts Receivable statements for timely submission to Agent or Insured.
• Provide timely and responsive service to business requests with high standards of customer service.
• Follow up with Agents, Underwriting and Claims for timely resolution of billing discrepancies.
• Collect outstanding Accounts Receivable balances and maintain Aging reports.
• Research and clear unapplied balances; perform weekly and month-end reconciliations.
• Prepare management reports and assist with audits as needed.
• Support special projects and other duties as assigned.
