Job summary

Clearbrook Holdings Inc is seeking a capable Account Analyst to join our Billing Services team in Albany or Omaha. This 100% in-office role reports to the Billing Services & Collections Director and supports billing, collections, account reconciliation and customer service to ensure timely management of Accounts Receivable.

You will collaborate with agents, insureds, underwriting, claims and offshore support to resolve billing discrepancies, maintain aging reports, and promote efficient

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum six years of Accounts Receivable, billing, collections, accounting, or related financial operations experience.
• Advanced knowledge of operational systems, procedures, and Accounts Receivable practices.
• Strong knowledge of billing, collections, account reconciliation, and cash application processes.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and financial/accounting systems.
• Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist offshore team with Accounts Receivable statements timely submission.
• Provide timely, responsive service to internal and external requests with high customer service standards.
• Follow up with Agents, Underwriting and Claims for timely resolution of billing discrepancies.
• Collect outstanding Accounts Receivable balances.
• Maintain Accounts Receivable Aging.
• Research and clear unapplied balances.
• Perform weekly and month-end reconciliations.
• Complete management reports as needed.
• Assist with internal and external audit requests.
• Help with special projects and other duties as assigned.
