Job summary

Argo is seeking an Account Analyst to join our Omaha, NE team. This in-office role supports billing, collections, account reconciliation, and AR management in collaboration with agents, insureds, underwriting, and claims teams. Overtime may be required; location can be Albany as well.

You will ensure accuracy in hours, timesheets, and financial records while contributing to a smooth, compliant accounts receivable process.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Accounts Receivable, billing, or collections.
• Strong knowledge of AR processes and cash application.
• Proficient with MS Office and accounting systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist offshore team with AR statements for timely submission.
• Provide timely, high-quality customer service.
• Follow up with Agents and Underwriting for billing resolutions.
• Maintain AR aging and reconcile accounts.
