Job summary

Solve IT Strategies, Inc. is seeking a Billing Operations Specialist to serve as the primary contact for the Billing team in Mexico and support North America operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to set goals, coordinate activities, and drive process improvements.

Responsibilities include analyzing billing data, performing root-cause analysis, and delivering actionable reports to inform business decisions. This role is onsite in Wisconsin with standard hours.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's degree and 2+ years in billing or process optimization.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for the Billing team in Mexico, supporting NA operations.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to set project goals, coordinate activities, and implement process improvements.
• Analyze billing and operational data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Perform root-cause analysis and prepare clear reports to support decisions.
• Coordinate milestones, timelines, and dependencies to ensure project execution.
• Monitor progress and align resources with priorities and deadlines.
• Organize and manage project documentation and reporting materials.
• Support change management by helping stakeholders adopt new processes.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, reduce errors, and improve customer and employee experience.
• Communicate updates, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.
• Build strong relationships across Mexico and North America to enable collaboration.

• Partner with cross-functional departments to establish project goals, coordinate activities, communicate progress, and implement process enhancements.
• Analyze billing and operational data to identify trends, performance opportunities, and potential issues.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and develop clear, actionable reports and insights to support business decisions.
• Coordinate and track project milestones, deliverables, timelines, and dependencies to support successful execution.
• Monitor project progress and help ensure resources are appropriately aligned with business priorities and deadlines.
• Organize, maintain, and manage key project documentation, processes, and reporting materials.
• Support change management initiatives by helping stakeholders understand, adopt, and sustain new processes and systems.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, reduce errors, and enhance the overall customer and employee experience.
• Communicate project updates, risks, and recommendations clearly to stakeholders and leadership.
• Build strong working relationships with teams across Mexico and North America to facilitate collaboration and successful project outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required; Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in billing, business process optimization, change management, project coordination, operations, or a related field.
• Fluent in both English and Spanish both verbal and written formsrequired, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proficiency with project management tools, business software, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
