Job summary

Solve IT Strategies, Inc. is seeking a Billing Process Optimization Specialist to serve as the main liaison for the Billing team in Mexico and streamline operations across North America.

The role requires 2+ years in business process optimization or change management, strong leadership and organizational skills, and fluency in English and Spanish. Travel to North American locations is required for project alignment and delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting (preferred).
• 2+ years in business process optimization, change management or related area.
• Strong organizational, communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms.
• Available for travel to Uline’s North American locations.
