Job summary

Arcosa Brand is seeking a detail-oriented Billing Specialist to manage daily billing for multiple locations, maintain audit-ready records, and handle invoice credits and Rebills. You will allocate payments and support customer inquiries with a service-first mindset.

The role requires accuracy, strong communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office; NetSuite and Oracle experience is preferred. Office-based, 5 days per week, in Fresno, TX.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with strong accuracy focus.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to communicate billing questions to customers clearly.
• Works well under deadlines and pressure.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with NetSuite and Oracle preferred.

Responsibilities

• Daily billing for multiple locations with multiple reconciliations.
• Record keeping for audit controls.
• Invoice credits and rebills processing.
• Lockbox payment allocations and cash/credit/debit allocations.
• Customer service and inquiry responses related to billing.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
