Job summary

Ideal candidate has 2+ years of billing or account reconciliation experience, strong MS Office skills, and good organizational and communication abilities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience performing billing and/or account reconciliation.
• Ability to enter, extract and compile records to support customer billing.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and basic clerical duties.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently use computer systems to enter, extract, and compile records for billing.
• Accurately calculate amounts due and assist with preparation of invoices.
• Post transactions to customer accounting records and ensure information is available for follow-up on outstanding invoices.
• Perform filing and other general clerical duties.
• Learn other department functions as needed.
