Job summary

The HR Group in Prague, OK is seeking a Billing & Accounts Receivable Specialist to own client invoicing, collections, and account reconciliation while supporting each company's accountant.

You will keep billing records accurate, ensure timely cash flow, and serve as the friendly but firm point of contact for payment questions. This hands-on role offers real ownership in a busy, in-person office.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, collections, bookkeeping, or a related accounting role.
• Working knowledge of accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting software (experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is a plus).
• Strong written and verbal communication, including discretion with sensitive financial information.

Responsibilities

• Assist each company's accountant with billing.
• Attend billing meetings and help keep the team organized and on track.
• Create and send accurate client invoices on schedule.
• Track outstanding balances and follow up on past-due accounts by phone and email.

About the Role

The HR Group is hiring a Billing & Accounts Receivable Specialist to own our client invoicing,

collections, and account reconciliation while supporting each company's accountant and keeping

the billing team organized. You'll keep our financial records accurate, make sure money moves on

time, and be the friendly but firm point of contact when payment questions come up. This is a

hands-on role with real ownership, and your work directly supports our cash flow.

What You'll Do

Billing & Accounts Receivable

• Assist each company's accountant with billing

What You Bring
