Job summary

Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking a Billing & Accounts Receivable Manager in Norwood, MA, onsite, to oversee high-volume billing across multiple construction projects. You will prepare AIA/G702-G703 billing, track milestones and percent complete, and work with Project Managers and Engineers to resolve discrepancies.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in billing/AR, strong Excel skills, and experience with Sage Intacct or similar accounting software.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of billing and accounts receivable experience.
• Construction industry experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with AIA billing, progress billing, and construction contracts highly desirable.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with accounting software such as Sage Intacct or similar.
• Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.”

Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume billing and accounts receivable activities across multiple construction projects.
• Prepare and submit AIA billing applications, including G702/G703, and progress billings.
• Track change orders, project milestones, and percentage-of-completion data to ensure accurate billing.
• Partner with Project Managers and Engineers to review project billing and resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor outstanding receivables, follow up on collections, and resolve customer billing disputes.
• Maintain accurate billing documentation and support improvements to cash flow and operational efficiency.

Salary: $70,000-85,000 + profit sharing bonus

Location: Norwood, MA (100% onsite, 5 days per week)
