Primoris Renewable Energy seeks a Billing Specialist to support the Operations Department by managing vendor invoice processing, approvals, lien waivers, reconciliations, and cross-functional communication. This role interfaces with Operations, Project Teams, Engineering, Procurement, and Accounts Payable to ensure accurate coding and timely payments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable, Project Administration, Construction Accounting, or related field.
• Strong understanding of invoice processing, cost coding, and approval workflows.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and data analysis.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Experience with ERP or accounting systems is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Review and validate vendor invoices for accurate coding, tax compliance, credits, retention, freight charges, and lien waiver requirements.
• Coordinate invoice approvals and confirm with field personnel that materials have been received or services completed.
• Ensure AP deliverables are routed, expedited, approved, and processed before due dates.
• Track and organize lien waivers for multiple projects per thresholds and requirements.
• Reconcile accounts and analyze financial data using Excel and reporting tools.
• Manage and respond to emails in the departmental shared mailbox.
• Provide support and training to project teams on AP processes and systems.
• Develop and maintain working relationships with Engineering, Accounts Payable, Intercompany Accounting, Project Managers, Field Engineers, Site Managers, Procurement, Administrative Services, and Leadership.
