Job summary

Everon in Texas seeks a Billing Clerk to manage monthly billings, past due notices, and help close the books. You will review unapplied payments, process installations, and ensure accurate data in MasterMind, while delivering timely responses to customers.

You will be responsible for monthly closing activities, billing for installations and services, and maintaining data integrity. A detail-oriented, organized professional with MS Office proficiency is preferred.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of CMS billing systems.
• GAAP knowledge and understanding.
• Advanced spreadsheet knowledge.
• Familiarity with the alarm industry.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Access, Outlook and Internet.

Responsibilities

• Reviews unapplied payments to ensure proper application.
• QC paperwork and process job integrations in MasterMind daily.
• Process close-out paperwork (COC's) for correct billing.
• Review National Account service jobs in Final QC for proper billing.
• Update account information daily in the billing system.
• Assist with monthly closing activities and schedules.
• Interface with customers to resolve billing questions.
• Maintain neat, accurate customer files and data integrity.
• Prepare correspondence within 24 hours of inquiries from customers.
• Track metrics and compile reports for management.
