• Provide billing information and account reconciliation to internal and external customers.
• Utilize billing or policy applications to service inquiries of a complex nature.
• Handle inbound/outbound calls and follow up on delinquent accounts as needed.
• Prepare account analyses and assist with ad hoc reporting.
