Responsibilities

• Performs routine clerical/accounting functions aligned with procedures.
• Provides billing information, account reconciliation, and billing problem resolution to internal and external customers.
• Uses multiple billing/policy applications to service complex inquiries.
• Handles inbound and outbound phone support; follows up on delinquent accounts.
• Reconciles payments/receipts with account data.
• Collaborates with other departments to resolve problems and communicates clearly.
• Prepares account analyses across billing systems.
• Gathers data to compile reports and ad hoc reports.
• Ensures compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
