Job summary

Leoforce in Maryland is seeking a Senior Biller - AIA Accountant to join our finance team. You will manage billing, collections, and accounts receivable, ensuring accuracy and timely invoicing in a construction context.

You will use SAGE and Salesforce, perform reconciliations, and coordinate with internal partners and external clients to resolve discrepancies and maintain financial transparency. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance and at least 5 years of AR/billing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of billing, AR, and collections experience, preferably in construction.
• Proficiency in SAGE and Salesforce for accounting.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Biller - AIA Accountant to join our dynamic team in the construction industry. This position plays a critical role in the financial management of our organization, ensuring accurate billing, collections, and accounts receivable management. The successful candidate will also be proficient in using software like SAGE and Salesforce, and will be responsible for accounts reconciliations and maintaining effective communication between internal partners and external organizations.

Responsibilities:
