You'll receive a comprehensive training program, a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., and a robust benefits package including PTO, holidays, medical options, a 401(k) match, and wellness program rewards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• OSHA 10-hour Construction certification required.
• One additional location-based certification (CDL/Non-CDL, Crane, Signal, Rigging, or LDD).
• 5 years of Operations experience in outdoor advertising or safety-related role.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain billboards and related signage.
• Perform maintenance on structures and billboard cosmetics.
• Work independently and manage daily work schedule.
• Ensure safety compliance and document installations.
