Lamar Outdoor of Hattiesburg, MS is seeking an on-site Operations crew member to install and maintain billboards across Hattiesburg and surrounding areas. Training and equipment are provided to start a career in outdoor advertising.

The role focuses on installing/updating billboards, maintaining structures, and ensuring cosmetic upkeep. Safety, teamwork, and hands-on work are central to daily tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• OSHA 10-hour Construction course required.
• CDL/Non-CDL, Crane, Signal, Rigging, or LDD preferred depending on location.
• Experience at heights up to 200 ft. preferred.

Responsabilités

• Install and maintain billboards and perform cosmetic upkeep.
• Work as part of an installation crew.
• Operate safely and adhere to Lamar safety standards.
• Document installations with photographs and logs.
• Attend safety meetings and maintain equipment/work vehicles.
