Job summary

Lamar Advertising Company is hiring an Installer in Pittsburgh, PA to join the Operations crew. You will install and maintain outdoor billboards, handle vinyls and flexes, and perform routine maintenance while prioritizing safety.

The role involves working outdoors, climbing structures up to 100 feet, and using power/manual tools. A high school diploma, valid driver's license, OSHA 10-hour Construction, and excellent English communication are required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work alone and manage your schedule.
• Ability to work at heights up to 100 feet.
• Fluent English (speaking and reading).
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Experience with basic computer tasks (Word & Excel) and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Remove and hang flexes and vinyls on billboards.
• Build and install extensions on billboards; perform minor electrical repairs and maintenance.
• Maintain a clean workshop area and safety compliance.
• Take photos for proof of installation completion.
