Job summary

Lamar Advertising Company in Athens, GA is hiring an Installer to join the Operations team. This is an entry-level, full-time on-site role focused on installing and maintaining our outdoor advertising structures with emphasis on safety and accuracy.

Training and equipment are provided, with opportunities to grow in a dynamic field. The role requires the ability to work alone, manage schedules, and climb heights up to 200 ft.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have valid driver’s license.
• OSHA 10-hour Construction course required.
• CDL is a plus but not required.
• Experience working at heights up to 200 ft preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain billboards and advertisements.
• Work at heights up to 200 ft with safety.
• Tighten bolts, paint steel, and repair sign components.
• Operate power and manual tools safely.
• Document installations with photos and logs.
• Attend installer and construction safety meetings.
