Job summary

Lamar Advertising Company in Columbus, Ohio is seeking an Operations crew member to install and maintain billboards, work on structures, and manage site safety. You’ll work Monday–Friday, 6:00 am–2:30 pm, with training provided and the chance to advance through internal programs.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, OSHA-10, and at least 5 years in outdoor advertising or safety roles; you'll operate ladders, use power tools, and document installations while

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• OSHA 10-hour Construction certification is required.
• One additional certification (CDL/Non-CDL, Crane, Signal, Rigging, or LDD) is required depending on location.
• 5 years of Operations experience in outdoor advertising or a safety-related role is required.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain billboards.
• Remove and hang vinyls; prepare and install copy.
• Tighten bolts and repair signage structures.
• Perform electrical repairs and minor maintenance.
• Document installations with photos and logs.
• Adhere to safety regulations and attend safety meetings.
