Job summary

Lamar Advertising Company in Bridgeport, West Virginia is seeking an Installer to join the Operations team. This entry-level, full-time role installs and maintains billboards outdoors, prioritizing safety and reliability.

You will work with training and company-provided equipment to support campaigns in Bridgeport and nearby areas. Expect a Monday–Friday schedule from 7am to 3:30pm, with an hourly pay range of $16–$18.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• OSHA 10-hour Construction course required.
• CDL and non-CDL licenses are a plus.
• Experience at heights up to 200 ft preferred.
• Construction/billboard installation experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Remove and hang flexes and vinyls for installations.
• Build and install extensions on billboards; perform minor repairs.
• Use power/manual tools safely and follow safety regulations.
• Attend installer and construction safety meetings.
• Maintain operation vehicles and construction tools.
