Job summary

GSCSNJ Council is seeking a Part Time Membership Outreach Program Facilitator. The role focuses on delivering the Girl Scout Leadership Experience, registering volunteers, tracking attendance, and supporting program delivery within assigned areas.

The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish, with strong communication skills and experience working with girls of diverse ages and abilities. The schedule is Monday through Thursday 2pm-6pm, up to 20 hours weekly, with some weekends as

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED required.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required.
• Experience: Demonstrated experience working effectively with girls of varying ages, backgrounds, and abilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high quality Girl Scout Leadership Experience in assigned areas.
• Effectively register and renew girls and adult volunteers in a timely manner.
• Track troop attendance and maintain accurate troop inventory.
• Assess the needs of program participants and inform the Membership Specialist in a timely manner.
• Support existing programs in targeted sites and implement recruitment/retention programs.
• Provide necessary documentation reporting incidents and other troop related issues.
• Coordinate with parents and provide problem solving and conflict resolution when appropriate.
• Plan time effectively with the Membership Specialist and report progress.
• Other duties to support GSCSNJ Council business.
