Job summary

SGA Youth is seeking a dedicated Outreach & Recruitment professional to identify and recruit IFRP participants, build strong community partnerships, and guide applicants through enrollment and intake processes. You will work closely with case managers to ensure smooth transitions into program services.

The role requires bilingual abilities, strong communication, and experience in social services or youth programs. A flexible schedule including some evenings and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual and have 1–2 years of experience in outreach, workforce development or related fields.
• Strong communication, organizational and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to participate in community events after hours and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform community outreach to recruit IFRP participants and maintain referral partnerships.
• Explain eligibility, assist with enrollment, and conduct orientations.
• Coordinate case management and referrals to employment, education and social services.
• Develop and deliver informational sessions and workshops for partner organizations.
