Job summary

GSCSNJ Council in New Jersey seeks a Part-Time Membership Outreach Program Facilitator to grow girl and volunteer membership while delivering the Girl Scout Leadership Experience in assigned areas.

You will train as a leader, register volunteers, track attendance, support program delivery, and communicate with families. Must be bilingual (English/Spanish) and able to work a flexible schedule, including some weekends, with reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency required.
• Experience working with girls of varying ages and abilities is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high quality Girl Scout Leadership Experience in assigned areas.
• Successfully complete GSUSA New Leader Training and utilize council tools for planning and tracking delivery.
• Effectively register and renew girls and adult volunteers in a timely manner.
