Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in behavioral sciences, human services or social service fields is required or
• High school diploma or equivalent plus one year of employment experience in child welfare is acceptable

• Maintaining positive, supportive and professional relationships with UAC and program staff

• Completing all required documentation accurately and timely
• Ensuring resident-to-staff ratio is properly maintained
• Utilizing positive behavior management techniques
• Responsible for the overall care, supervision and safety of children in care
• Assisting with education, recreation and spiritual activities

• Coordinating and providing transportation of UAC using agency vehicles
