• Maintaining positive, supportive and professional relationships with UAC and program staff.
• Ensuring resident-to-staff ratio is properly maintained at all times.
• Using positive behavior management techniques and de-escalation when needed.
• Facilitating educational, recreational and spiritual activities for residents.
• Reporting to work as scheduled and ensuring supervision of residents until relieved from duty.
