Job summary

Seton Home in San Antonio is seeking a dedicated Youth Care Worker to support children and adolescents across morning, afternoon, and overnight routines. You will document daily logs, assist with medications, and help coordinate activities in a structured shelter setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Experience with child welfare or youth services preferred
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred
• Ability to pass background checks and immunizations
• Must be able to work varied shifts

Responsibilities

• Supervise and engage residents during morning routines
• Document daily logs and incident reports in the internal database
• Assist with medications and pharmacy processes
• Transport residents to medical appointments as needed
• Ensure cottages are clean and organized
• Provide meals and supervise classroom activities
