SWBC is seeking a talented individual to manage workers' compensation claims from injury reporting through closure. This role collaborates with clients, injured employees, insurance carriers, claim adjusters, HR, and payroll to ensure efficient claim handling and strong customer service.

You will educate clients and employees on procedures, support return-to-work programs, monitor progress, and maintain accurate records.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in HR, risk management or related field from a four-year college.
• Minimum of four years of claims management experience.
• Knowledge of workers' compensation processes and return-to-work programs.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and workplace safety practices preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish required.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and manage workers' compensation claims through closure.
• Liaise with clients, injured employees, insurers, adjusters, HR and payroll.
• Educate clients and employees on procedures and return-to-work programs.
• Provide excellent customer service while ensuring compliance and obligations.
• Maintain accurate claim records and reporting.
• Monitor claim progress and assist with reviews and analysis.
