SWBC is seeking a talented leader to manage the Human Resources and Workers’ Compensation teams, ensuring high-quality client service, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency. You will coach staff, oversee policies and employment law compliance, advise on employee relations, and coordinate with clients and carriers to manage claims and return-to-work programs.

This role requires strong leadership, extensive HR experience, and proactive process improvement.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, management or related field is required.
• Minimum six years of progressive HR experience with emphasis on employee relations and employment law compliance.
• Experience supervising HR professionals or related teams.

• Manage, supervise, coach, and evaluate employees within the Human Resources and Workers’ Compensation teams.
• Establish clear performance expectations, departmental goals, and accountability measures.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, employment laws, and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee workers’ compensation administration, claims management, and return-to-work programs.
• Develop client handbooks, policies, and training to improve service delivery.
