Job summary

Mobilelink USA is seeking a Retail Store Manager in Houston to lead sales, service, and customer experience in-store. You will coach a team, drive performance, and ensure a clean, inviting atmosphere while executing company policies.

The role requires fluent English, 2 years of retail sales management, and flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays. You will partner with district leadership and participate in events to grow the Cricket Wireless business.

Qualifications

• Two years proven retail sales management experience (interactive sales process, commissioned sales)
• Two years of recruiting, hiring, and developing successful store sales teams
• Excellent sales skills and demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance standards
• Ability to motivate, lead, and develop others
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays per business needs

Responsibilities

• Fully accountable for the execution of sales, service, and customer experience initiatives in-store.
• Inspire, engage, and motivate the team to succeed through strong leadership.
• Create a work environment where all employees can excel.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience at all times.
• Educate personnel on the compensation plan and maximize sales.
• Partner with District Manager to launch new products, services, or processes.
• Ensure staff training on new products and promotions.
• Assist HR and Loss Prevention in investigations.
• Staff scheduling to budgeted hours; maintain clean, inviting store ambiance.
• Adhere to compliance, processes, and store policies.
• Respond promptly to communications and complete required training.
