• Two years recruiting, hiring, and developing store sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Fully accountable for the execution of sales, service, and customer experience initiatives in-store.
• Lead and coach the team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
• Educate staff on compensation plans and maximize sales opportunities.
• Launch new products, services, and processes with District Manager support.
• Ensure staff are trained on promotions and compliance with policies.
