Job summary

Mobilelink USA LLC seeks a Retail Store Manager in the Houston area to lead sales, service and store operations. You will coach staff, drive customer experience, and ensure inventory and compliance across the location.

You will recruit, train, and develop team members, scheduling to budgeted hours and promoting an inviting store environment while driving earnings and growth for Cricket Wireless products.

Qualifications

• 2+ years retail sales management experience with commissions.
• Proven ability to recruit, hire and develop store teams.
• Strong sales skills and ability to meet targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to motivate and lead others.

• Drive sales, service and customer experience initiatives in-store.
• Inspire and coach the team to succeed through leadership.
