Job summary

My Wireless is hiring a Retail Sales Associate to join our AT&T Authorized National Retailer team in Fremont, CA. You will guide customers through AT&T products, explain plans, and close sales with a focus on service and solutions.

You’ll receive strong base pay plus commissions, ongoing paid training, growth opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, 401(k), and life insurance. Be ready to work evenings and weekends in a dynamic store environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer-facing sales environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual (Preferred but may not be required depending on location).
• Experience prospecting through outbound calls.
• Must be at minimum 18 years of age, legally able to be employed in the US and have a High School diploma or equivalent.
