Job summary

My Wireless is seeking a motivated Retail Sales Associate in Montebello, CA to engage customers and educate them on AT&T products and services. You will drive sales in a fast-paced store, contribute to a positive customer experience, and help customers navigate buying decisions.

The role offers strong base pay plus uncapped commissions, ongoing paid training, and clear paths for advancement within a growing retailer.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer-facing sales environment (Required)
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays (Required)
• Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills (Required)
• Bilingual (Preferred but may not be required depending on location) (Optional)
• Experience prospecting through outbound calls (Preferred)
• Must be at minimum 18 years of age and legally able to be employed in the US; High School diploma or equivalent (Required)
