My Wireless is looking for a Retail Sales Associate in Petaluma, CA. You will educate customers on AT&T products, guide them through the buying process, and contribute to a high-energy store environment.

The role offers a strong base pay plus commissions, ongoing paid training, and clear opportunities for career growth within a fast-expanding national retailer. You'll work evenings and weekends as needed, collaborate with teammates to exceed sales goals, and participate in marketing activities

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer-facing sales environment (Required).
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays (Required).
• Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills (Required).
• Bilingual (Preferred but may not be required depending on location).
• Experience prospecting through outbound calls. (Preferred)
• Must be at minimum 18 years of age, legally able to be employed in the US and have a High School diploma or equivalent. (Required)
