Job summary

My Wireless, an AT&T Authorized National Retailer, is seeking a Retail Sales Associate for our Rowland Heights, CA store. You will assist customers with AT&T products and services, guiding them through the buying process in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

We offer strong base pay plus uncapped commissions, ongoing paid training, and clear paths to advancement. Ideal candidates have retail or customer-facing experience and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer-facing sales environment (Required).
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays (Required).
• Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills (Required).
• Bilingual (Preferred but may not be required depending on location).
• Experience prospecting through outbound calls. (Preferred)
• Must be at minimum 18 years of age, legally able to be employed in the US and have a High School diploma or equivalent. (Required).
