Job summary

My Wireless, an AT&T Authorized National Retailer, is looking for driven individuals to join our growing retail team as Retail Sales Associates. You will educate customers on AT&T products and services, guiding them through the buying process while embracing an energetic, customer-first environment.

You’ll meet performance goals, receive ongoing training, and have opportunities to advance into management as you develop your skills in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer-facing sales environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual (Preferred but may not be required depending on location).
• Experience prospecting through outbound calls.
• Must be at minimum 18 years of age, legally able to be employed in the US and have a High School diploma or equivalent.
