Job summary

AT&T in Fremont, CA is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant to help customers select the right devices and services. You will use a consultative sales approach on the sales floor, aim to meet sales targets, and earn uncapped commissions with a strong hourly base.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus.
• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is beneficial.
• Must be comfortable with a fast-paced retail environment and evolving tech.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers with a consultative sales approach to help them choose options.
• Fill online orders and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Maintain a flexible schedule, including weekends, with shifts 9am–9pm and 40 hours weekly.
