Job summary

My Wireless, an AT&T Authorized National Retailer, is seeking a motivated Retail Sales Associate to engage customers, educate them on AT&T products, and guide them through the buying process at our Fremont store.

You will be part of a fast-growing national retailer offering strong base pay with commissions, uncapped earnings, and ongoing training. The role includes comprehensive benefits and clear paths for advancement within the company.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer-facing sales environment (Required).
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays (Required).
• Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills (Required).
• Bilingual (Preferred but location dependent).
• Experience prospecting through outbound calls (Preferred).
