Job summary

My Wireless is seeking a Retail Sales Manager to coach a team and deliver an extraordinary customer experience while meeting sales targets. The role oversees hiring, scheduling, coaching, and daily store operations at a Texas location.

You will drive KPI achievement, recruit and retain staff, and build client relationships while upholding company standards and compliance. Excellent leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year management experience in a similar field.
• 1 year retail or customer-facing sales experience.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proven ability to meet performance and operation standards; motivate, lead, and coach to results.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual (preferred, depending on location).
• Bachelor’s degree (Preferred).
• Retail or telecom sales experience (Preferred).
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the US.

Responsibilities
