Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of management experience in a retail environment.
• 1 year retail or customer-facing sales experience.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual preferred depending on location.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop team to meet KPIs and sales targets.
• Lead daily store operations including staffing and scheduling.
• Drive customer experience and loyalty through ethical practices.
• Maintain store cleanliness, inventory, and merchandising standards.
• Partner with AT&T Signature team for community events.
