Job summary

The State of Arizona is seeking an Operations Program Specialist to provide bilingual administrative and program support, focusing on the State WIC Hotline. The role includes coordinating projects, maintaining records, and supporting BNPA programs while ensuring responsive customer service to diverse clients.

Reporting to the BNPA Operations Manager, you will handle calendars, documentation, and liaison tasks with the State Archives.

Qualifications

Spanish and English language support experience is preferred.
Familiarity with office procedures and policies.
Knowledge of records retention and archiving concepts.
Experience in a public health setting is a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide Spanish and English assistance to State WIC Hotline clients to ensure timely information and referrals.
Manage BNPA record retentions and liaise with the State of Arizona Archives for compliance.
Coordinate special projects, meetings, and document management; maintain supplies and equipment.
Provide facilities support to the BNPA inventory control program and track office equipment.
Deliver administrative support for BNPA, including processing mail and shipments.
Act as assistant tenant coordinator as needed and perform other related duties.
