Job summary

The role involves collecting data and conducting screenings to determine client eligibility, ensuring delivery of WIC benefits and nutrition education in alignment with program procedures. The position requires bilingual English/Spanish capabilities, strong customer service and communication skills, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
• Associates Degree preferred but not required.
• 1–3 years' experience preferred.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
• Clearances: Child Abuse, PA Criminal Record & FBI.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Explain program purpose and what to expect during appointments.
• Verify ID, residency, and income eligibility; inquire about voter registration status.
• Perform and record hematological and anthropometric measurements.
• Provide nutrition and breastfeeding contacts per policy.
