Qualifikationen

• Bilingual Mandarin and English required.
• Maintain spreadsheets and accounting documentation using Excel.
• Process office supply procurement requests and related records.
• Assist with month-end closing tasks and reporting support.
• 1–2 years of accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, or general accounting support experience.

Aufgaben

• Support accounts payable processes, including invoice review, coding, data entry, and payment preparation.
• Assist with general accounting tasks, account reconciliations, and routine financial record maintenance.
• Create, update, and maintain Excel spreadsheets to support reporting, tracking, and accounting workflows.
• Process procurement requests for office supplies and coordinate related documentation.
• Assist with month-end closing activities, including gathering information, preparing schedules, and supporting accounting deadlines.
• Communicate professionally with internal teams and vendors in both Mandarin and English as needed.
