• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in small parcel/e-commerce outbound operations.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
• Onsite work in Port Reading, NJ; full-time schedule.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of full-time employees and handle staffing, training, and development.
• Drive performance and productivity improvements across warehouse operations.
• Provide coaching and counseling, and enforce safety and work instructions.
• Manage warehouse operations daily and ensure adherence to schedules.
• Generate reports and deliver excellent customer service.
• Maintain facility security and inventory integrity.
