Job summary

YQN in Port Reading, NJ is seeking a Warehouse Outbound Supervisor (Bilingual in English & Mandarin) to lead the small package outbound team and ensure on-time, accurate shipments.

Responsibilities include coordinating waves with carriers, optimizing pick/pack processes, monitoring performance metrics, and working with e-commerce clients to resolve issues. A Bachelor’s in a related field and 1+ year of experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, E-Commerce Management, or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in small parcel/e-commerce outbound operations.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Lead the small item outbound team (pickers, packers, labelers, manifestors).
• Drive wave planning, packing, labeling, and sortation to carriers.
• Monitor order accuracy, packing material usage, and timeliness.
• Align outbound waves with carrier pickup times; manage shift handoffs.
• Resolve shipping address corrections and outbound RMA flows with clients.
