Job summary

EVERSANA Memphis distribution center seeks a Warehouse Associate to support order fulfillment, pick/pack products, and prepare shipments. The role requires forklift certification and a minimum of two years in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

You must follow SOPs, uphold safety standards, and coordinate with supervisors to ensure timely deliveries. Hours typically amount to 40 per week; company benefits include healthcare, 401(k), tuition reimbursement, and a uniform program.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a fast-paced distribution warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Support Supervisor to ensure productive fulfillment, including picking/packing and manifesting shipments.
• Maintain safety by following EVERSANA safety requirements and completing equipment checklists.
• Follow SOPs for order fulfillment, material flow, and client-specific pack out procedures.
• Communicate issues to supervisor and email EVERSANA staff as needed.
• Demonstrate commitment to diversity and inclusion in daily work.
