Job summary

EVERSANA’s Memphis distribution center seeks a Bilingual Material Handler Operations Lead (English/Spanish). This full-time role supports the Supervisor in fulfilling orders, including picking, packing, manifesting and staging shipments.

The position requires forklift certification and adherence to safety SOPs in a 24/5 operations environment. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in fast-paced distribution, strong attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with coworkers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years in a fast-paced distribution warehouse.
• Strong reading, addition and subtraction for order docs.
• Willingness to overtime and shift coverage.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift safely and follow safety requirements.
• Support Supervisor to fulfill order processing: picking/packing, manifesting, staging shipments.
• Adhere to SOPs controlling order fulfillment and material flow.
• Perform end-of-shift inventory checks and report obstacles.
• Communicate with team and leadership as needed.
